SkyNest Properties are a property management company, specialising in helping working professionals finding a temporary / semi-permanent place to reside.

Whether you have booked or browsing we are always on hand to help with any queries you may have, we are easily contactable via any of the platforms. We are receptive of different requests and aim to please to ensure you have everything and more.
Prior to arrival you will be sent a passkey for the Smart Lock to obtain entry, this will be timed and in line with your booking.
Additionally, you will be provided with a guide on how to operate and utilise different facilities.
Check-in time is set at 15:00 but can be flexible depending on availability.
Upon your exit, we hope that you enjoyed your stay and ask for you to kindly review your experience, to enable us to grow and take onboard any constructive feedback.
Check-out time is set at 12pm but can be flexible depending on availability.
